WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO?
RESPEC COMPANY, LLC provides Geographic Information Systems (GIS) & Digital Land Surveying Services through this contract. RESPEC COMPANY, LLC also offers a variety of related services and professional services that include but are not limited to GIS Program Manager, GIS Consultant, UAV Pilot, Field Technician, Software Consultant, etc. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available for this contract.

UAV LiDAR Mobilization - Specialized equipment preparation, transport, calibration, LiDAR deployment, pre-flight setup, maintenance coverage
UAV Day Use Fee - Daily UAV mobilization and use, safety procedures, maintenance coverage, wear and tear allocation, insurance costs, battery cycles
Advanced Cloud Processing Fee - Secure cloud based deployment and integration with GIS software for data post-processing
Data Storage and Distribution - Secure cloud hosted data storage, allocation, backup retention, deliverable packaging, client access management

Instructions for Obtaining Quotes and Placing Purchase Orders
To obtain a quote from RESPEC, please contact our sales representative with the authorized Statement of Work. Once our representative receives and reviews the Statement of Work, they will contact you to discuss the project. After RESPEC and the client agree that this is a project we can execute together, RESPEC will provide a timely quote.
For purchase orders,
Generate a purchase order made payable to RESPEC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6037 on your purchase order.
E-mail or fax your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.
